Transitional Energy Medicine is a unique approach to holistic wellness at Polaris Wellness. As a Hospice Volunteer, my experiences have truly enriched my life and changed my perspective on energy medicine and end of life care.

 

During this class, I aim to highlight what many patients and care providers may experience during end-of-life or transitional care. I will true accounts from other Hospice Volunteers and share my own experience as well.
