Cancellation Policy

Much dedicated energy is consumed with preparing for your appointments and classes. Due to that fact, I found it necessary to implement a cancellation policy. Although emergencies will be considered on a case by case basis; I simply must ask that you consider my position and extend as much courtesy to me as I will to you in the event of my need to cancel due to any circumstance.​

Service Cancellation:

A just and fair policy has been implemented of payment to be received in full for appointments cancelled or re-scheduled at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. You are responsible for the full fee for any no-show/no-call appointments. Cancellations less than 2 hours prior to your scheduled appointment are equivalent to a no-show, as it leaves me less than adequate time to fill the slot.

Class Cancellation:

​A just and fair policy has been implemented of requiring a 50% deposit at the time of booking your class. You may cancel up to one week in advance for a full refund.

Some classes will require full enrollment amount at time or registration. Please take note of these classes. 

Any cancellations less than 48 hours will forfeit any deposit or payments.
